This service offers young people and their families a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore challenges such as school, friendships, peer pressure, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. Many young people also value the chance to talk openly about issues they may not feel comfortable raising with their parents, including questions around drugs, relationships, and growing independence. Drawing on my social care degree, diploma in mental health addiction, pre-accredited addiction counsellor experience, lived experience, and perspective as a parent, I provide practical tools to build resilience, strengthen communication, and support healthier family relationships.
